Results-oriented with a long track record of improving manufacturing operations and profitability through building cohesive and effective teams, Mr. Bonar is a global executive specializing in developing leaders and driving business improvements, notably aligning strategies and resources to deliver measurable business results.

Mr. Bonar has decades of experience in leading business transformations, including for large corporations and Fortune 500 companies in product design, manufacturing and management, primarily serving the semiconductor, MEMS, and medical device sectors. He has extensive expertise in designing and manufacturing complicated Thin Film Plasma-based deposition systems using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) techniques.

He has worked with global organizations and companies including Hitachi Kokusai Semiconductor, Metron Technology, Deposition Technology (DepTec), and Likido Limited, while holding positions of CEO, Director, Owner, Global Product Manager, Senior Engineer, and Service Engineer.

Mr. Bonar has received, or is working on, the following degrees, diplomas, and certificates: HND in Electronic Engineering from James Watt College (UK); Graduate Certificate in Mathematics, Diploma in Information Technology, and Diploma in Computing from the Open University (UK); Master’s Degree in Advanced Thin Film Technology from the University of the West of Scotland; Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Wrexham University; and an MBA from Heriot Watt University.
