Member calls advocacy 1-800 number nd requests a doctor or facility in member's zip code. Galaxy will then pre-certify 2 or 3 medical providers in the member's area. The member then makes an appointment with the provider he/she selects. The provider will contact Galaxy for repricing on the procedure performed. Member will receive up to 30% discount. Member pays the provider at the time the medical service is rendered.
